Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to questions we hear most often.

What types of clients do you typically work with?

We work primarily with corporate and supplier professionals, executives with stock compensation, business owners, doctors and medical professionals, retirees, and families with complex financial lives. Many of our clients have multiple income streams or a single significant income source that requires thoughtful and strategic tax planning.

How are you compensated?

We offer fee-based financial planning and asset management services. During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss which fee structure makes sense for your situation.

Is there a minimum asset level required to work with you?

We serve clients across a range of financial situations, though our fee-based planning is often the best fit for those with more complex needs or substantial assets. During our discovery meeting, we’ll talk through your situation and determine whether our services are a good fit.

Do you only work with clients in Arkansas and Missouri?

No, we serve clients across the country. While our offices are in Bentonville and Branson, much of our planning work happens virtually, allowing us to work with clients across the country.

How often will we meet after the initial planning?

We invest in businesses, real estate, and markets ourselves, giving us perspective beyond traditional stock-focused advisors. Depending on your situation, we typically meet with clients one to four times per year.

Can you help with business succession planning?

Yes, we regularly help business owners prepare for exits, structure sales to potentially reduce tax impact, and plan for life after selling.

What’s your relationship with Prudential Advisors and LPL Enterprise?

We partner with these institutions for compliance support and access to investment platforms, but we own our own business. This gives us independence to recommend strategies from multiple providers while benefiting from institutional resources.
